Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 August 2026

This policy explains how Punto IT s.r.o. handles the personal data you provide through the contact form on this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is:

Punto IT s.r.o.
Svitavská 500/7, 678 01 Blansko, Czech Republic
Company ID (IČO): 29355648

2. What data we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address and message (which are required), and — if you choose to provide them — your company and country. We do not collect any other personal data on this website, and we do not track you.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

We use this data for one purpose only: to read your message and reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

4. How your data is handled and stored

When you submit the form, your details are sent to us by email. They are not saved in any database and are not used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making. Your message simply arrives in our mailbox, like an ordinary email.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your message only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted from our correspondence. We do not retain it beyond that.

6. Who else is involved

To protect the form from spam and abuse, this website uses Google reCAPTCHA. When you use the form, reCAPTCHA collects technical information about your device and browser and sends it to Google for analysis; this is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Apart from Google reCAPTCHA, your data is not shared with anyone. Your message is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our own server, which also runs our email — so it stays on infrastructure operated solely by us, with no separate hosting or email provider involved.

7. Cookies

This website does not set its own tracking or analytics cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies that are necessary for its anti-abuse function.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address above or through the contact form.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz).

10. Contact

For any question about this policy or your personal data, reach us by post at the address in section 1, or through the contact form on our website.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
